Due to costs associated with shipping and preparing items for transit, on most single purchases there is a minimum $16.50 order prep charge which INCLUDES EXPRESS POST DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR

* Delivery times:

Australia , New Zealand, Asia Pacific : We use Express Post or Couriers and provide you with a Tracking Number.

Delivery in working days: 2-5 days.

Larger items will be delivered by courier

United States: AmmonChlor® Delivery by USA distributor in 2-6 days priority mail.

Other Countries:(Oversees orders are sent via Air Mail)

Availability

* If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.

Refunds & Exchanges

* All refunds will be made to the Account from which the funds were paid.

Faulty products

* In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

At our descretion we will:
- Give you a refund for the defective product or
- Exchange it for the same product

Product Exchange

* Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. * Please ensure the product(s) is unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold. * If the product is damaged in transit then it cannot be accepted as an exchange. * Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
